JOB TITLE : GM - Programming

• First person responsibility for the Cinema programming, overall positioning, and day to   day operations

• Development of a content strategy and programming grid in line with the Cinema   positioning and competitive scenario

• Create the long form weekly and monthly schedule

• Supervise the weekly promotions, Print / Radio strategy

• Work with Cinema Distributors on acquisition of content, special creative initiatives,   themes, stunts

• Competitor analysis

• Liaise and support Marketing and Ad Sales team (come up with customized solutions for   sponsoring with dedicated Program stunts, themes etc.)

• Dealing with Hollywood and Bollywood studio representatives, business acumen to   negotiate and coordinate future releases.

• Be able to work with Studio for joint promo’s across all our site.

• Scheduling and working closely on weekly ad releases across all cities.

• Negotiating rates with publications for weekly ad along with marketing head.

• Operationally required to make sure that prints have arrived and are in acceptable   condition

• Dealing with Distributors for trailers, standees and other promotional items

• Coordinate with all india multiplex chains on industry best practices etc.

• Analytical skills to decide the playing time and slots for films on a week to week basis.
